With two decades of creative experience in problem solving for the end-to-end design for the entirety of a product’s lifecycle, it has truly been an adventure and an inspiring challenge to continue to excel within the IT creative medium.
I have designed an assortment of responsive web, mobile applications, e-Learning courses, kiosk, onboard Public Information Systems (PIS), & print designs for a top Fortune 500 company, top earning private companies, and for the Federal & DC Government. I’ve utilized acquired skill sets that span from certifications gained as well as on-the-job experience from top IT and Creative Directors. These skills include creative/art direction, human centered interaction, UX/UI design, project management, web & mobile technologies, user research, and production skills. Wire framing, rapid prototyping, technical writing, and user testing has also been a passion of mine.
My additional skills as a hybrid of user experience strategies, project management, design, & technical capabilities extend to being a buffer between subject matter experts (SMEs), visual designers and development teams. This resulted in the fulfillment of successful product launches, best industry practices, proposed budgets met, successful user experience designs via testing feedback, prototyping, cross-browser functionality, and 508 compliance needs achieved. Whether the challenging task was project management, analysis, level of effort (LOE) assessments, wire framing, creating personas, designing, or prototyping, the joy of seeing a project through to fruition has to be one of my most satisfying experiences.

I love a team environment but have excelled remotely offsite when needed. Team environments have been methodologies of Agile as well as Waterfall.
